1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using KRON Sports Network ("KRON", "the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use KRON.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use KRON. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You may not create accounts for others without their consent
  • You may not transfer your account to another person

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on KRON. By posting content, you grant KRON a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute and promote your content on the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post, including text, images, videos, polls and replies.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use KRON to:

  • Post harassment, hate speech, threats or content targeting individuals
  • Spam, flood or artificially inflate engagement (fake likes, bots)
  • Impersonate another person, brand or public figure
  • Post illegal content including copyright infringement
  • Share explicit, adult or harmful content
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or platform systems without authorization
  • Use automated scripts or bots without permission

6. Content Moderation

KRON reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, hide posts pending review, suspend or permanently ban accounts that repeatedly violate rules. Users can report content using the report function. Moderation decisions are final.

7. Intellectual Property

The KRON name, logo, design and platform code are the intellectual property of KRON Sports Network. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

KRON is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of user content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Sports content, news and reactions on KRON are user-generated and do not represent KRON's official views.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. KRON may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of KRON after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform.
