Terms of Service

By creating a KRON account or using KRON, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

KRON Sports Network is independently operated by an individual based in Türkiye. The sole public legal and contact channel is kron@kron.social.

• You must be at least 13; local law may require a higher age or parental permission.
• You must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• Unauthorised account transfer, creating accounts for others or impersonation is prohibited.

You retain your rights in your content. By uploading content, you grant KRON a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and sublicensable licence to host, display, reproduce, technically adapt, distribute and promote it within KRON. This licence ends when the content is removed, subject to reasonable backup/technical periods and lawful prior sharing.

You may upload only content you have the right to share. You are responsible for your content and its consequences.

• Posting illegal, threatening, hateful, harassing, obscene content or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Posting political propaganda, organised political campaigning or systematic content contrary to KRON’s “No Politics. Only Sports.” focus.
• Using spam, flooding, bots, fake accounts or artificial engagement.
• Impersonating others or misleading the verification/badge system.
• Attempting unauthorised access, bypassing security, reverse engineering or placing disruptive loads on the service.
• Scraping, automation or bulk data collection without written permission.

KRON may review, reduce visibility of or remove content, restrict features, and temporarily or permanently suspend accounts. Advance notice may not be given in urgent safety, legal-risk or serious-violation cases. You may raise concerns at kron@kron.social, but reconsideration is not guaranteed.

News feeds, links, embedded media, user content and third-party services may not be created by KRON. We do not guarantee their accuracy, availability or safety. Sports news and scores may be delayed or inaccurate and should not replace official sources.

The KRON name, logo, interface, design, software and KRON-created content belong to their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, sold or used to create derivative services without permission. Send infringement notices with details and relevant links to kron@kron.social.

We may change, limit or discontinue any part of the service. Where practical, we will try to communicate material changes. You may delete your account at any time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KRON is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, secure operation, fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of content.

Subject to mandatory law, the KRON operator is not liable for indirect loss, loss of data or profits, reputational damage, third-party content or service interruptions. This clause does not remove non-waivable consumer or other mandatory rights.

Subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection rules, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and authorities with statutory jurisdiction remain competent. You are encouraged to first seek resolution through kron@kron.social.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
